A delegation led by Xu Hui, president of Hohai University, visited HOdo Group on April 10 to seek cooperation with each other’s advantages.

Zhou Haijiang, president of HODo, introduced the Group’s enterprise system, or “modern enterprise system + Party building + social responsibility”, and the concept of “all-win of shareholders, employees, clients, suppliers, partners, governments, environment and the society”.

Xu hoped to strengthen cooperation with HOdo, especially in Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (SSEZ) in Cambodia. Both make their respective advantages to provide talent resource support to "going out" enterprises.

Located in the Cambodian coastal city of Sihanoukville, the SSEZ covers an area of 11.13 square kilometers and is close to the only deepwater port in the country.

It is the most successful one among the first batch of the eight overseas industrial parks, including those in Russia, Pakistan and Thailand that were approved by China's commerce and finance ministries in 2006. Back in 2012, Cambodia and China set a target of boosting bilateral trade to $5 billion by 2017.

Nanjing-based Hohai University, founded in 1915, is a state key university under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education of China. It wins the worldwide reputation for research and study of water conservancy.
